What is Bub & Me?

‘Bub and Me’ Aqua Active! It is a fun and energising water fitness session for participants and bubs! With Bub secure in a flotation ring, participants get to enjoy a full-body workout using the ring as exercise equipment. It’s a perfect mix of water movement, fitness, and bonding time—no daycare needed, just quality time together in a safe and enjoyable environment. A win-win for both Bub and you!
