Why I’m changing over to CURVED TREADMILLS for runners

Enhanced Calorie Burn: Curved treadmills are self-powered, requiring the user to put in more effort compared to traditional motorised treadmills. This results in a higher calorie burn per session, making workouts more efficient.

Low Impact on Joints: The curved design encourages a natural running form by promoting a mid-to-forefoot strike, which reduces the impact on joints. This can help lower the risk of injury and provide a safer running experience.

Versatility and Intensity Control: Users have full control over their speed and intensity since the treadmill's speed is directly determined by their effort. This allows for a more versatile workout, whether for sprinting or jogging, making it suitable for various fitness levels.

These treadmills are not designed to be lazy. So, if you want to lightly jog or walk please choose on of then other treadmills.

Members doing higher impact running need to try this ‘beast’ out.

I love the fact there is NO motor to maintain.
